The holidays are rough for those who have lost loved ones.
For some, it’s another year without a spouse or a parent or a grandparent or a sibling. For others, the pain is fresh. They’ve never been through a Christmas without the people they’ve lost.
Be sure to reach out to those people in the upcoming weeks (and throughout the year). Let them know you’re there. Let them vent. And just listen.
